Mixcder is a company I had not heard of until a few weeks ago. As I have a tech review YouTube channel, they got in touch with me and asked if I would like to review a pair of their Bluetooth headphones, and I must say I was excited to take a look at them.
Once they had arrived, I opened up the box only to find a hard carry case, made of a soft material on the outside. This was a really nice touch and it means you have a way to safely store the headset when you are not using it.
Inside the carry case was of course the E7 headset, a USB cable and also a 3.5mm to 3.5mm headphone jack cable. This means that you have everything to start using them either wired, or over Bluetooth.
I have tried both wired and Bluetooth modes, and the sound quality has been very good. The bass is great (not too overpowering), and the mids and highs are also great considering the price of the headset.
One of the main features of this headset is Active Noise Cancellation, and sometimes on cheaper headsets this feature doesn’t work well. However, the E7 does a fantastic job of Noise Cancellation, and really does manage to filter out most background noise.
The speakers both twist round half way, and this makes storage much easier, and the build quality is great! That is something I noticed as soon as I picked them up.
So, in the end I had to ask myself a question. What exactly do I expect from a cheaper pair of Bluetooth headphones? The answer is overall good quality. I need good build quality and good sound quality, and that is exactly what you get with the E7 headset.
