Returns & Refunds
All products listed for sale on the Life of Tech website are in immaculate condition. Normally, these products have been opened, set up, and used/demonstrated once (in a video) on the Life of Tech YouTube channel. Occasionally there may be ‘new’ products listed for sale. This will always be clearly marked on the product page.
If you return an item, we’ll refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order.
Where should I send my return?
Before returning any items, please contact us first by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the return has been agreed/arranged, items should be sent to the following address:

Are there any products that can’t be returned?
Some items cannot be returned, for example, we cannot accept returns for electronic products such as a smartwatch, mobile phone, or anything else that requires the input of your data…unless the product is faulty.
Changed your mind about something you purchased?
If you want to return an item as you have changed your mind, please contact us first via email at email@example.com. If the return is accepted, you will still need to pay any incurred delivery costs. This means you will lose the money you paid for delivery when you placed the order, and you’ll need to pay the return postage costs.
In the very unlikely event that something you purchased is faulty, we will of course put things right. Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
